Warm and helpful staff made my stay memorable
I had a lovely experience thanks to the two kind ladies who assisted me when I found myself needing an extra night. Their swift help ensured I had a cozy bed and a pleasant stay instead of facing the cold winter's night. The room was comfortable and well equipped, but attention to cleaning would improve the overall experience.

Proximity of overground station, charming hospitality touches, pleasant welcome package
Air conditioning not effective, bathroom ventilation lacking!!! A TV guide would be beneficial, especially during winter for coziness!!! The music from the pub below could be bothersome after midnight!!!

The room was super spacious and the bed felt like a cloud. we loved the ready-to-eat snacks and drinks waiting for us. There was a nice leisure area to relax in and cozy live music on the weekend that really set the mood. Our only issue was that the shower could've used a good scrub, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The bedroom was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The domestic staff were welcoming and helpful during our stay.
The location, while charming, required more amenities in the immediate area.

Comfy bed & great location!
We had a solid stay for 3 nights. The double room was cozy, and the bed was super comfy. The location was ace, just a hop to the tube. Staff were friendly, especially the lady who helped us with directions. The food downstairs was delicious, too. Only bummer was the noise from the street at night.
